Rob and Jason Barnett started as Electrical Apprentices in 2002-2003. They both entered a four year apprenticeship school at the Independent Electrical Contractors Association. After graduating the four year program, Rob and Jason worked as Field Electricians in various aspects of the industry including Residential Construction, Commercial Construction, Generators and Service. After several years of field service, both Rob and Jason took on management roles where they led new Electricians and Apprentices in day to day operations. Jacob Barnett, Rob's son started as an Electrical Apprentice in 2013. Shortly after completing his four year apprenticeship education, he began taking on the role as a Field Electrician.

As new Apprentices and Electricians join the Indeed Electric team, they often comment how difficult it must be to work with family every day, however according to Rob, Jason or Jacob they wouldn’t want it any other way. They go on to say, Indeed Electric is a life goal for them. They want to bring their ideas for customer service and satisfaction to the forefront of the industry. Then combined with a strong work ethic, they believe that Indeed Electric will grow into a company where people would love to work and be a part of a strong organization that carries a professional reputation and great working atmosphere. In the long run, they believe that will be the key to great customer service relationships.
